Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and Flotti GmbH via the Flotti app, website, or any other platform provided by Flotti GmbH.

Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless Flotti explicitly agrees in writing.

Flotti offers the sale, mediation, and same-day delivery of Turkish groceries and related products.

Product availability may vary depending on location, stock levels, and delivery time slots.

Flotti reserves the right to modify or discontinue products and services at any time.

Using the app and placing orders requires prior registration.

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information and update their data if necessary.

Each customer may only operate one user account. Use by third parties is not permitted.

Product displays in the app do not constitute legally binding offers.

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.

Flotti may accept this offer by delivering the goods or explicitly confirming the order.

All prices include the statutory VAT.

Payment is due upon completion of the order process.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash on delivery (if applicable).

The delivered goods remain the property of Flotti GmbH until full payment is received.

Delivery takes place within the time window specified during the order process.

The customer must be reachable during the delivery window.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or the customer not being present, Flotti may cancel the order or charge additional fees.

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold to persons over the age of 18.

The delivery driver is authorized to request proof of age.

If such proof cannot be provided, the goods will not be handed over.

There is no legal right of withdrawal for perishable goods or sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.

Voluntary returns may be accepted upon prior agreement, but are not mandatory.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

Customers must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.

Complaints must be reported without delay, but no later than 24 hours after delivery.

The customer is responsible for safe receipt of the delivery.

Users can leave reviews for products and delivery experiences.

Flotti reserves the right to moderate and remove reviews that violate legal or ethical standards.

Flotti is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations.

Liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out exclusively in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

By placing an order, the customer consents to the processing of their data within the scope of the transaction.

Flotti reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with future effect.

Customers will be informed of changes in an appropriate manner.

If the customer does not object within 14 days, the amended terms shall be deemed accepted.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the registered office of Flotti GmbH, if the customer is a merchant.
